Cost

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL PRICE: $115 BEFORE OCT. 1ST, 2017!

• Registration deadline: October 19th, 2018

When

• Leaving: Friday, October 26th, 2018 (Bus departs from the Agincourt Church @ 5:30pm sharp)
• Returning: Sunday, October 28th, 2018 (Bus arrives at the Agincourt Church @ 4:30pm)

Why

• A chance for Youth to have a weekend away:
  • Building friendships & having fun
  • Worship, pray, and set in motion this year with God at our core

Cancellation policy

• A mandatory waiver form must be completed and submitted before attending (this form along with a sample packing list and a restricted diet checklist will be sent to your e-mail once the registration is completed)
• $65 will be reimbursed at the event of cancellation by October 15th, 2018. After October 15th, 2018, all funds submitted will be forfeited and used to cover cancellation expenses
• Medeba Retreat Centre requires a minimum of 40 registrants to attend in order to open their facilities. If in the event we do not reach the minimum number of registrants, we will have to cancel the retreat and provide you with a full refund
