Answer To Prayer- Thank you
I will be having my surgery at Women's College on March 11th. This has been a long process but Praising God this needed operation will be done. Praying for Doctors hands and wisdom as this is complicated surgery being in the neck. Trusting God in this whole season, spiritually, physically and financially.
My friend John has just been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer.
Please pray that the Lord's promise of forgiveness of sins, healing and deliverance would manifest quickly and completely.
That John would be healed and totally restored.
Thank you for the prayers and I now have a date for surgery, March 11th. This will be a complicated surgery 3 to 4 Hours to remove glands and maybe part of my thyroid. I am rejoicing though because something is being done to correct this situation. Trusting God to continue to navigate me and these circumstances facing me.
I am seeing a surgeon tomorrow at Sunnybrook Hospital. I have hypercalcemia which has caused a lot of sickness in my body with too much calcium. I have a small tumour in the neck and we are looking at lengthy surgery. I pray to have answers tomorrow and date to get this done. I have been sick with 5his for almost a year and it has caused complications and my body is basically exhausted.
The end of November I lost my job as the client I cared for in Seniors home passed into Gods Glory. I didn't work through December no work available plus needed rest. I am currently working again but only 10 Hours week at this time. I need more income but Doctor feels I need rest to care for myself until surgery done.
So trusting God in this season for provision, wisdom, healing and strength. Please pray I will just continue to abide in Him.
I am asking God, myself, my husband, and whoever opens this prayer wall regularly to help my husband and me figure out together the BEST WAY to celebrate the season of our 50th year of marriage. "Let this be the best year ever!" Quoting the Mantra of APC for 2019. The date of the actual wedding anniversary is October 13, 2019.
BTW, we are really looking forward to the upcoming Mexican Valentine Fiesta on Friday, Feb. 15, and we are praying for all who will come. Thank you and a special blessing to all who are making plans for this celebration of love and friendship in our congregation and neighbourhood.
Please pray to God to protect my children ( teenagers) physically, mentally and emotionally.
My uncle (a father of three girls) is on life support. Yesterday a vessel in his brain burst while he was asleep. He was taken to the hospital and the doctors pronounced him brain dead. The doctors have said there is nothing they can do. Can you please pray for him and his family? Can you please pray for a miracle?
News from my sister Ruth re. her spinal stenosis consultation with the surgeon in London, On yesterday: She and her husband are grateful for the kindness, the competence and the egoless confidence of the physician who examined her. Ruth asked him, "Can you help me?" He answered calmly without ego..."Yes, I do 150 of these surgeries a year and most people are helped unless there is some other untreated underlying issue." We continue in prayer for her and many others in our circles who are suffering from age-related arthritic pain. Jesus is the compassionate and powerful healer of pain. Jesus also assures us that even though we are walking through valleys of pain and shadow, we do not need to fear evil, "for THOU ART WITH ME". A good walk in the snow helps too or singing a song with one's husband as Ruth and her husband were doing tonight when I called them tonight. Let us live in gratitude.
I feel really grateful for this prayer wall, and the little clicks that indicate the awareness of another person who is helping us all pray for each other. Here is a mantra to encourage us to keep at it...From Ephesians 6:18
"Pray in the Spirit
On all occasions
With all kinds of prayers and requests.
....Be alert and
Always keep on praying
For ALL GOD's PEOPLE"
I am awaiting news of how my sister, Ruth's' consult with the spinal cord surgeon went yesterday. Trusting God for a good outcome.
I am praying for God's supernatural power of healing, good health and long healthy lives for everyone including my mom Sacide (pronounced Sajida), Amen. Thank you
