Topic: The expeditious, respectful and peaceful dealing with the estates of departed loved ones... # 1, my own mother's estate was left by her good intention to the co-operative execution of all three of her living children...But now that one of them, my sister is consigned to bed rest for the next 12 weeks, ( due to that back surgery done in London for which we have all prayed, and God has graciously answered!) do we have to wait for twelve weeks to move the estate process forward? # 2, my friend's benefactor died on June 10 and there are confusions and lack of clarity in the will that she left--Let us pray for peace, fairness, generous distribution of her left resources to people in need, and agreement among the people with the responsibility to execute her will--her two nieces and our friend. I feel grateful for this prayer wall. I love to see how God works everything together for our good...Wish I could post an emoji of a Happy Face!
Hi, I have been dealing with daily acid reflux, headache and backache for years. I have gone to every clinic for a cure but they could not cure it. They put me on daily medications to treat the symptoms. I have prayed for years for God to heal me but no result. That is why I am asking the church to pray for me so that God can heal me.
My sister's spinal surgery was done on Friday, July 5 at the London Health Science Centre, the Victoria Hospital. She expects to be discharged on Wednesday, July 10. For the next 12 weeks, she will not be able to sit for more than 15 minutes at a time. In church this morning we sang a hymn with a lyric that reminds me of my sister's situation: "...my heart shall praise, these bones shall sing..." May it be so in all our lives and especially in her's. Thank you for praying. Elizabeth Sherk
