Prayer request for my wife and I to be able to find a place soon, as we received a notice of eviction from our landlord. Also, help with finances and protection for my family as my wife is currently pregnant and that she will deliver a healthy baby on the due date.
Hello church family. I have surgery on Wednesday, February 17 at 8 am. Please pray for a successful surgery and recovery. Thank you and God bless.
Praying for the Lord’s mercy as I have a close friend who is away in the military. Praying that the Lord will protect him and that he will return home soon.
Please also pray for two family members who are in need of steady employment.
Prayer for a young family member who is a toddler should be speaking but is not very minimal. I pray the Lord's mercy on this young child that speech will come soon. Thank you brothers and sisters for your prayers.
My sister in law Jenny had a brain aneurysm last week. She is now in ICU. Unfortunately, she lives in Mauritius and they do not have the medical facilities available to operate on her. I have been praying for a miracle in her life. The doctors' only hope is to fly her to India for surgery on the 31st of January. The flight alone could kill her. She truly needs a miracle to survive. Pease pray for her healing
Please pray for my friend Jane. She has had issues with a hip surgery that has not healed properly. She has had two subsequent surgeries to correct the issue and is currently in the hospital again due to an infection from this hip issue. The doctors have told her she may be on antibiotics for the rest of her life. Pray for healing, restoration, and protection while she is in hospital.
Re. the Dec 31 request for Diane. She is sleeping and coping much better. Thank you Jesus and thank you for praying.
Please pray for my neighbour and his family. I've known this neighbour for maybe a year as we live on the same condo floor and the extent of our relationship is very surface-level sharing greetings and minor details as we wait for the elevator. On a handful of occasions, I can hear intense arguments between him and his wife and sometimes hear their 4-year-old daughter crying for 'daddy to stop'. Please pray first off for the safety of the child and secondly for the dad to seek help dealing with his anger and outbursts.
Please pray for guidance and revelation of God's will for my future. An opportunity has come up at my current workplace to possibly become a shift leader (supervisor). However, doing so may take away time for me to complete an MDiv degree I'm pursuing part-time at Tyndale to eventually become a certified Christian Counselor. I pray for God to reveal to me, whether or not I should pursue this shift leader position at work.
Please pray for a miracle for my amazing dad, Tom B. Primarily for his brain to be healed & recovered, all the cancer cells cast out of his body, and to be brought to consciousness. Also for his lungs and kidneys to be healed.
My dad has been in a coma for 2 months after suffering 2 strokes due to a bleed from surgery to remove a grade 4 cancerous brain tumour. The average lifespan for someone with this cancer is 2 years, surgery doesn't cure it, just buys some time. Chemo can't start until he wakes and is off dialysis, and chemo's been delayed 2 months, we will wait for him to wake but cancer won't. His brain may also be degenerating, which is catastrophic…. If he wakes he'll have disabilities from the stroke but we don't care, so long as he can grow old and share all the experiences he is meant to with us.
My dad is the most beautiful soul I have ever met. So kind, compassionate, strong, with an infinite capacity for love, so intelligent, wise, adventurous, optimistic, selfless, giving and so humble. He is the centre of so many lives and has the most incredible ability to spread light to those around him, it just draws people in. He can relate to anyone, treats all people with an open mind, love, and respect. He has a way of making every problem seem small and will be there to support you always. He can fill a room with such joy and laughter that you can forget all your worries. Before the surgery, my dad said he wanted to spend his time doing good. He wants to help those who can't help themselves and make up for some support and love he feels he failed to give. He deserves a second chance to do that.
I don't ask for these prayers for myself, but for my dad, who lay alone, unable to move, speak or reach out to those he loves, while he feels heartbroken, depressed, and scared for his life and his family.
We ask for no prayers for ourselves. Many ask God to give us peace and joy but this can't until he is happy, healthy, and home. Thank you so much
