Why We Pray

It is a great privilege to pray; to bring before a God who deeply loves us, our cares, needs and requests. We believe that when we pray, God hears, and because we have prayed, we have advanced God’s purposes into desperate situations. We can pray personally and privately, and as a faith community, across our campuses we can pray for each other. We welcome your requests and you are also invited to pray with us.
I prayed for this

Prayed for 5 times.

Last July I shared that my brother-in-law had a very slim chance of survival due to liver cancer. One of 3 tumours measuring 8.9 cm made him not a candidate for chemo. But last September, a CT scan revealed it had shrunk after a procedure. The doctor was so happy, however, he still needs a transplant. Church. thank you so much for all your prayers, God is so good! As far as we're concerned he is HEALED!

Second, our closest family friend, Susan is at the hospital suffering from swollen pancreas and nerve since last week, Sept. 24th. MRI, scans need to be done, doctors are researching, but nobody knows what it is as of today, Sept. 28th. Despite her level 10 pains, she's completely surrendered to God! I pray for her comfort and continuous positive outlook while anxiously waiting for results. I also pray for her family who are tired and stressed.

Glory to God!
