Throughout the year, you’ll serve alongside our team leads across different church ministries and environments, gaining hands-on leadership experience while developing practical skills, confidence, and character.
Whether behind the scenes or leading in front of others, you’ll discover how God can use your gifts to impact people.
Experience
Expand is more than classes or serving hours — it’s a shared journey.
You’ll walk through the year with a cohort of others your age, building friendships, memories, and experiences together along the way.
From wellness opportunities to character development conversations, career and life-skill seminars, leadership experiences, and fun community moments, this year is designed to help you grow spiritually, personally, and practically.

Who is Expand for?
- Expand is a leadership accelerator program designed for anyone looking to grow and develop in a spiritual environment
What does the schedule look like?
- The program has a flexible schedule to work around potential other commitments like school or work.
- All participants will complete:
- 10 hours of ministry development per week
- 2 hours of mentorship sessions per week
- 2 hours of development sessions per week (Wednesdays, 4:00 – 6:00 PM)
What if I have school or work commitments?
- We recognize that many participants are also balancing school or work. Our leaders will work with you to set a schedule that allows you to complete the requirements of the program in a healthy and sustainable way.
Is there a cost to participate?
- There is no cost to participate. Expand is a development experience offered by OneChurch.to to create opportunities for growth in faith, leadership, and ministry involvement.
