Reassembling Life

If I’m going to let someone fix an an area of my health that is broken, trust is going to factor in big time. Trust times two actually ⎯ trust that they know how to fix what needs fixing, and trust they have the resources and power to make it happen.

Same when it comes to my inner life. Like the box from Amazon says ⎯ some assembly required. We all have areas that need to be reassembled. And there’s no shortage of books & videos to buy, and courses to take – they all promise to fix us. So it comes down to trust. No-one is more knowledgeable or resourceful to fix our human inner life conditions that Jesus. And because he gave his life for us, we know we can trust him to reassemble every area of our lives.
